The Bridge provides a closed space for your organization to conduct its business. While each organization is different, they all need to see data you submit. This includes your name, email, phone number, and additional information if the organization has designated that information to be required).

Your organization will never see sensitive data like your password or financial information.

Payments
Awaken will never charge a user without their direct consent, unless it is authorized (e.g. a subscription). To make a payment, you may be required to provide contact information (like your billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, or bank account numbers). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders exclusively. Awaken will never see any sensitive data (like credit card numbers), as those are sent directly to our payment processor Stripe. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use your information to contact you.

Sharing
For our public website only, we share aggregated demographic information with Google Analytics. For payments, we use Stripe. Please refer to those policies for information on how they handle your data.

Security
Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
